Yeah sure the fbi and police are going too round up the millions of people around the world who view and download the files and prosecute because there is no way it could bankrupt the system.
Get real folks this happened and they are going to go after the people who actually hacked the servers because the public will be ok with that and not the millions who view the pics because wasting billions in the court room to make the whiny celebrities happy would be unacceptable who by the way should have never backed up these pics in the cloud because everyone knows if it is a computer it can be compromised! There is a lesson in all of this and thats take the pic hit send then delete.

Well I thought OP was upset about lack of recent photos but turns out he just wants to bitch about people asking for 16 year old pics which I find disturbing but I'm not on my high horse about.

Make no mistake, by even being on this site and looking at these photos you're committing visual rape, so everyone needs to stop looking down on others, we are all perverts here.

Visual Rape, if that were a real thing it would happen almost anytime a guy looked at a woman. I just think that some extremist nonsense celebs have been spewing. The age debate... why are we still talking about it?

On the other hand if the jury is full of normal men and women and the prosecutor is a angry lesbian man eating ambitious piece of rape meat it only takes about an hour for the jury to make a not guilty verdict. If visual rape were a real thing I should be doing 15 to life like a black man does after sex.

the woman in this demotivational pic is 22 and these were taken when she was 19 but its all about perception I guess.:) Honestly society needs to calm down because such notions of what is acceptable changes with every other generation. Like 200 years ago it was common place to marry a twelve year old and the excuse is a normal persons life span was shorter which is horse shit. In the 50s-70s pornography was in theatres and any kid could buy a ticket to the show and fat chance of that now. It makes me laugh how the people who swear other are people are the hypocrites don't realize that they are among the population that is fast becoming dinosaur thinkers with each passing year and it does them no good to latch on to the societal norms of today when they change tomorrow. Just something to think about.

ok, let me clarify something here. Yes i did agree that i don't want the underage pics here, but the reason has nothing to do with finding them disgusting, or anything believing anyone that wants to look at them is a pedophile. It's purely selfish. I know and realize that this website is posted on a foreign server. I also know and realize that most foreign countries don't give a crap about what a bunch of crybaby american actresses want. therefore they don't care that their pics get posted here. many foreign countries DO however care about child pornography(again i realize not all, as some of them find it ok to have sex with 5 year olds which i do find offensive btw). Long story short is that i know and realize that with child pornography pics posted here it is FAR more likely that the foreign governments would cooperate with the fbi and take down sites like this than it is without them. I simply don't find the risk worth it. I would rather look at all the other pics of women of legal age and miss the handful of underage ones, than risk the page being taken down.

The bottom line is that - YES - 1 millisecond before her 18th birthday she is considered underaged, and it is considered child porn in the US. That's not a philosophical debate. Its LAW. Possessing or sharing such photos results in legal issues and a permanent assignment to a registered sex offender list. You can sit here and argue the morality to your heart's content. It won't fly in a court. You can compare the law to other countries with less stringent rules, it won't change here in the US. Truthfully, in lurking here for some time and knowing that morally I am probably suspect in some ways for checking out the adult pics, it makes me laugh to see so many others trot out one justification after the next for "why this is okay." If you're okay with being here then enjoy. If you feel guilty, then be honest about who you are to yourself and leave us out of it. But understand, when Feds review this site, and I can assure you that they are well aware of it and the other sites (They are tracking distribution of the pics in the hopes of putting a stop to the ringleaders), and they see your name/handle here begging for those underaged pics of different young women, they aren't reading your justifications. They don't care. They simply make note of who you are, and who knows? Maybe put you on a separate list for follow up later. They are/will be enforcing the law. The law protects those young women that are less mature than others at that age and cannot possibly make a rational choice of consent on their own. So while the underaged women in YOUR MIND might be fine to ogle and fap to, a girl of the same age across the country may not be. The law cannot single out individuals, as maturity is not a specific measurement, and therefore covers all girls to a certain age. And that, as they say, is that. If you are begging for the underaged pics, or rationalizing why its okay to look at them, perhaps take the second to realize that maybe the reason you are doing these things is because of the illegal and taboo nature, and worse, the exploitation of youth beyond their consent and at the expense of their innocence. At least then when you go on a sex offender registry some day, you can then be more accepting of why you are on there without all the bullshit excuses and ignorance.

One fact people seem to ALWAYS FORGET, is the fact 16 is the legal age of consent in a higher percentage of the over all world than 18.
