The message definitely came from the website rather than my ISP - note the phrase "legislation in your country or state"; it also said "IP (Anonymized): 2.122.44.0/Country: GB" which my ISP would not need to add. I am keen to know what ISP and browser you use (I don't recognise the interface) and whether you use a VPN.
